LIFE JUST GOT FRUITIER

Ever wondered how to have that flawless look without having to combine many chemicals, try fruits. Fruits that help your skin when you eat them, also help when you apply them on the skin, cos either way, you are taking it in. I'll teach you how to make a face mask out of avocado pear. Please note that if you have very sensitive skin, you can try it out on another part of your body, like the inside or back of your hand, for about 2wks to 1 month before you try it on your face. here's the recipe for your avocado facial mask:

1. Step 1
Mash the avocado with a fork until it’s really creamy. Avocados naturally contain a deep penetrating vegetable oil that is perfect for dry skin care. It should interest you to know that avocado is a good source of potassium, popularly known as the youth mineral, so whether you are eating avocados or making a face mask, it’ll still make your skin glow.
2. Step 2
Add 1 tbsp. of NATURAL honey to the avocado mash. Honey has the ability to kill germs on the skin and can reduce swelling and inflammation, giving the skin a taut and youthful appearance.
3. Step 3
Next you pour in the natural yogurt (please not synthetic, as we are trying to avoid the use of chemicals here). Yogurt is a natural and gentle cleanser and is used in many skin care products. Yogurt also contains lactic acid, which soothes and softens the skin while tightening wrinkles and refining pores. Mash and beat till the mixture is very creamy, but not liquid, that it spills down the edge of your face when applied.
4. Step 4
Peel and slice two pieces of cucumber to place over your eyes. With natural gentle astringent properties, cucumber is the perfect addition to your avocado face mask, cos it cleans, nourishes hydrates and helps reduce dark circles underneath the eyes.
5. Step 5
Wash your face gently with warm water and pat dry before you apply your avocado mask. Apply a thin layer of the avocado face mask to your face and neck. Place the cucumber slices over your eyes and relax. Allow the mask to set for at least 15 minutes and massage gently to exfoliate before rinsing thoroughly with warm water, and again, patting dry.

See your skin turn from dry and scaly, to soft supple and fresh. Do this as often as once a week depending on your skin type. I'll be putting up more fruity recipes, so stay tuned. Give me afeedback on your results. Have fun

  3. A facial mask using pawpaw fruit is great too bcos the enzymes in the pawpaw help to remove dead and flaking skin. But as Bubzille said, if you have a sensitive skin, try it on ur hands b4 applying it on ur face. Nice work babe.

  5. Hi, Lola of course it's for real, and you can try it, just make sure you test it on another part of your skin before using it on your face and use fresh fruit, not sur ones to avoid skin irritation.

  8. Hi ada, first of all spots are of different causes and kind, and so they make use of different removers. If it's an acne black scar, a good and reliable fade cream could take care of that. Look up any reliable product that your skin isn't likely to react to, find out their fade product and use. Just on the spots, not the whole face. F your face is dry and scaly, like if u itch, u see white marks, then check out my skin treatments for brides column, and commence immediatel before getting rid of the spots. Try this out and post your reply.
