Hi lovelies,
I had an online interview with fellow blogger NELLY AGBOGU. We discussed at length, and she has just published the interview on her blog. My intention is to inspire people with my story, and I hope I have achieved that with this interview.
You can go to her blog to read all about it at www.nellyagbogu.com

  2. Hi Buzor, please can you recommend any good exfoliating product/brand for me and also how can one tackle the issue of dark underarm.. Thank you

  3. Hi dear, the key to solving any problem is finding the cause of the problem. I'll need to know if your underarm has always been dark, or if it just turned dark recently, and if it's the latter, then you'll need to find out what you did or what you came in contact with that could have caused it. As for the exfoilating product, do you have an oily or dry skin? I'll recommend a product based on your answer. Please reply ASAP

  4. Thank you for the prompt reply.. Well I noticed d darkness about a year ago but its gotten worseov I dnt know if its because I started using a hair remover to shave every 3days.. For the exfoliating product, my skin is just in the middle.. Not too oily and not too dry but more of oily though..

    1. Hi dear, i'm really not a dermatologist, but i have oily skin too, and the key to exfoliating oily skin is to use an exfoliating scrub that helps remove dirt, makeup, oil, and stuff that clog skin pores. You can try St Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub, Clinique also has one for oily skin, though i can't remember the exact name of that particular product. The key is to exfoliate once a week, be very gentle when using the face scrubs, just rub gently, if the product irritates your skin, please discontinue use immediately, and remember to use a moisturizer immediately after rinsing and drying your face.
As for the arm darkness, you can see a doctor for that. I hope my answer has been helpful.

    1. Hi anonymous, i'm sorry i don't know your name, please put your name when next you comment. Dieting alone is not advisable, it saps your energy, slows down your metabolism, and makes the skin look dry and slack in the long run. I know the feeling of laziness when it comes to working out. The way to overcome it is to simply get up and work-out. Start little, start with brisk walking, and encourage yourself to go the extra mile, it won't be easy, but that's why i'm here. to give you the encouragement you need. Start tomorrow, get up early, slip into comfy workout clothes and make sure you do some form of exercise. You can tell me all about it tomorrow. I'll be glad to read about it.

  7. Hi second Anonymous, the best way to lose weight around the abdomen is to diet and do a lot of cardiovascular exercises like skipping, swimming, brisk walking, aerobics, cycling and jogging. As you do this, the skin there becomes more taut, and they decrease, you appear more toned. The diet helps reduce the abdominal walls from within. Do the cardio four to five times a week.

  8. Hello Chibuzo,I just read one of your articles on my "Whats App" this morning. After that, I decided to get to your blog to read some more. And then I saw what I call "The result of determination". I saw this on your success story article. I could't believe my eyes. I cleaned my eyes again to be sure you are the slim-fit sister adjacent to the previous Chibuzo I know. Then I ran to my wife's room, woke her up and showed her the pics. Well, Chibuzo it's really amazing what determination for success can be. Your story shows anything is possible; all we have to do is to make a decision and then follow it up. That's the way to succeed in life. Say me well to mum and dad. I mean aunty Ij and uncle Henry. They've really done so well giving you a wonderful upbringing. I'm pst Felix, your cousin's (Onyi) husband. Keep up the good work of helping others too. God bless you.
