116.9kg to 64kg... THE FINAL STOP!!!

Hi lovelies,
It's been a really long road, I'm thankful I started it and now I've come to the end. Get your champagne glasses out and let's celebrate, because if I could do this, THEN YOU CAN!

After losing 36 kg in about 5months last year, I decided to slow my weight loss process this year. I focused on Lifestyle adjustment, eating right, working out right, less pressure and all, and I lost 16kg this year. I have lost a total of 52kg and I'm happier than I've ever been.

I have decided to maintain my final body weight at 64kg, allowing my body to fluctuate between 64kg and 66kg. I actually have maintained this for about a month now, i've stopped the very tedious exercises and I just do the little that's necessary to maintain a healthy heart and be in the best state of health. In other words I'm simply keeping fit.

How I lost all this weight isn't a secret, and you can do it if you want to.
Anyway, in the middle of our hypothetical champagne and merriment, I actually want to tell you that it's NOT OVER, IT ONLY BECAME EASIER.

You're Probably wondering what I mean, well, what I mean is this, IT'S IMPORTANT TO LOSE WEIGHT, BUT MORE IMPORTANT TO KEEP IT OFF!
That's the next stage for me, keeping it off.

Well there you have it. I'll be gushing all about the steps in this next phase on my blog, and I'll plead with you to follow me, your audience gives me a lot of moral support to go on and I'm thankful to all of you who have been here with me.

Weldone and congrats deary!its not easy bt,its doble!pls..May God give u strength to maintain it..do post a kind of food timetable,food dat u avoid n type of workout dat u do..do u count calories or u measure?pls,I have issues wit my knees cos of too much weight on my thighs,can't skip nor jog,wat type of exercise is good4 sumbody like me too kip fit n loose weight?I only brisk walk..tnx!

Hi dear, i understand the knee issues, i advice you start walking, its the easiest exercise for beginners. i'll like to know your weight and height, and also your personal diet table. you can mail it to me on my bubzille mail, if you think it's very private info. As for the food table, i'll need to know if you have prior allergies to any kind of food. For now you can start with the walking.   2. This is the kind of stuff that a lot of companies fake with photoshop and they have only before and after pictures of models and no in-between pictures, so no one can prove if its true or false. I like the fact that you have a picture record. You have done well.

  5. Wow!!! This ir really amazing.. Pls what did u do to all ur over-sized clothes??? Lol. Its commendable. Pple around me are being a thorn in my weightloss efforts. My bf even complained my boobs are shrinking. I just feel bad and don't have d morale to exercise again. Moved frm 103-85kg. But wanted to go down to 75kg to match my height(5"7)

    1. Hi dear, i reduced some of my clothes, and gave out the rest. I commend your weight-loss efforts, i'm impressed. As for people being a thorn, that's bound to happen, what should keep you going is your target and reason for losing the weight. Please don't feel bad, i lost my boobs too, get a good and well fitted bra. You can keep losing the weight if you want to. I refused to stop half-way and now i'm proud of my results. I encourage you to go on to your initial target. I'll be here if you need anything

    1. I lost most of my boobs, but i can say i have boobs enough for my size. You've lost 5kg so far, that's a big deal, i'm happy for you. Hope you have calculated your bmi and ideal weight range, and i hope that 60kg is within that range, for health purposes. Happy for you. keep it up

  9. Chaii! See determination and hardwork oo.... I envy u My dear. Pls is it possible to loose 20kg in 3months? If so pls wat kind of evercise will be of help 2 acheive dat, I so much need d ryt kind of exercises esp 4 my tummy cos My Bobo dey cumbck frm Europe by Dec and I really want 2 surprise him wit a new look, meanwhile am lyk 80kg and desir 2 weigh 60kg by dec, pls help mii ooo

    1. Its difficult but possible, but my advice is to choose a more personal reason to lose weight, that way, you'd never get discouraged and if you do, you'd simply keep pushing. send me a mail and we can talk more extensively. Thanks for your anticipated response

    1. Thanx dear, i wont lie to you, i have some loose skin around my arms, because 52kg is a lot of weight to lose and i did it in a very short time. But i have learnt to handle it with the right outfits, and as you can see from my pictures, it's barely noticeable. I do a couple of firming exercises, but i'm just having fun with my new look and not letting the loose skin disturb me. I've also been assured by my doctor, that the loose skin can go after a long period of time.

  16. Hi Kenny, 15kg isnt such a great deal to lose, i a ssure you that it's possible. you can read up on my previous posts on walking, skipping, and a couple of others. When you are done, you can ask questions and i'll be sure to answer them.

  20. Crickey!....you did an amazing job! I always 'take it personal' when I read or watch or hear of amazing weight loss stories/journeys like yours. I feel like giving you a bear hug.

    Weight loss can be a difficult journey, but it feels good when you get to the stage where you can say "I'm only exercising to maintain my weight".

Hey Dear, 4rm ur pictures, I must say, I am wowed...Congrats dear..i knw dis must av bn a lot of hardwork...I need helllllpppp...I used to b a size 18 weighing 118kg, I dropped to a size 16 weighing 102kg..dis I did in d space of about a year, but i'v grown tired..i'm scared of loosing my figure, cuz i'v got nice hips & ass..& 2ndly, i'v actually grown tired..i'm 5'11 tall & I want 2 drop to a size 12/14 & I need 2 weigh @ least 70kg cuz of my BMI, pls I need ur hlp...pls I need d diet & exercise plan u used..u cld pls post an email on which I can reach u so we can communicate or u could pls post d plan on ur blog so I can pick it 4rm there.. congrats once again...I look 4wrd 2being totally healthy..

  22. Wow I feel like crying when I see your pictures,Am so Proud of you, its been a big struggle with my weight. In 2012 I weighed 119 kg but I lost about 13kg (106kg) in the space of 6 months in 2013. Now I weigh 104 kg leaving the 100s' is looking so impossible. Helllllllllllp!!!

  23. Well done! My bf lost an awful amount of weight too and is still shedding more. I struggled with my weight at some point too and still have issues keeping it steady so I totally understand.

  24. wow, this is amazing and very encouraging to me. now i know its possible to lose any weight at all. last i checked, i weighed 99kg and my BMI being 34.9 i have been struggling with several weight loss plans. Due to my work schedule and style it hasn't even helped at all. i need to get down to 65-68kg at least. mind u ive also got a pot belly to go with it....lmao....but now this is really an S.O.S...
