Hi lovelies,It's a few minutes before I upload my #FWWB routines, before I do so, I want to show you some basic stretching routines I do after my workout. These are very essential as they help prevent injury and they release your muscles after they must have been tensed up by exercise.
I'll just put up pictures of them, I got these pictures online and I didn't makeup these routines, I actually learnt them online, and I've been using them and they are really good. I lay no claim to them.
