FRIDAY AND SATURDAY #FWWB ROUTINES

Hi lovelies,
hope it's been a fun week for you. hope #FWWB is going ok, i haven't got any twitter hashtags yet (sad), well these routines below are for friday and saturday. pls read on.... (And here's a pic of moi totally unrelated to this post... Lol)

FRIDAY
Breakfast - Crackers and a mug of smoothie
- low sugar crackers
Blend together
- water melon
- oranges
- apple pear

Lunch - Jollof rice and fish
- 7 table spoons of Jollof rice
- boiled fish

Dinner - okra soup and lean proteins

Snack allowed
Carrots

SATURDAY
Breakfast - spaghetti and turkey
- divide the spaghetti pack into 4 or 5
- cook with 1 tablespoon of oil, season to taste
- a third of a drumstick of a medium sized turkey

Lunch - low fat yoghurt and crackers

Dinner - chicken salad

Snack allowed
Popcorn ( no butter, low sugar)

ROUTINES
FRIDAY
- 60 jumping jacks (3 reps)
- 40 second planks (3 reps)

SATURDAY
- 40 minute jog
- 60 jumping jacks (3 reps)
- 1500 skips
- 20 bicycle crunches (4 reps)
- 20 double leg raises (3 reps)

It has really encouraged me to work out and i havent missed a day.. i am loving the kg's i hv lost and stil losing..slowly but surely. God bless and reward you.. btw, you looking absolutely gorgeous
