#FWWB WEEK 4 - BUBZILLE DIET AND EXERCISE ROUTINES


Hi everyone,
I'm uploading this with very heavy eyes, so please bear with me if this post is not so explanatory. If there's anything you don't understand here, pls feel free to point it out in the comments section. If you need anything else simply point it out and I'll oblige.

FOOD ROUTINE


MONDAY

Breakfast - Cereal and apples
- Medium sized mug of Bran flakes
- 2 spoons of low calorie, low fat skimmed milk
- 1 apple

Lunch - Rice, turkey and water melon
- 7 tablespoons of boiled rice (please parboil to remove excess starch)
- Half a drumstick /80 grams of boiled turkey without skin
- Healthy stew or sauce (cook with very little low cholesterol vegetable oil)
- a slice of water melon.

Dinner - Chicken salad
- Sliced cabbage
- Diced cucumber
- Sliced Lettuce
- 2 balls of fresh tomatoes
- Grated carrots
- 1 blanched red pepper
- 1 small sized drumstick (boil with seasoning, chop into cubes and remove the bone)
- Blanched green peas

Snacks allowed
- Groundnuts (3 - 5 calories per nut)


TUESDAY
Breakfast - Wheat Bread, egg, and oranges
- 2 slices of wheat bread
- 1 boiled egg
- 2 oranges

Lunch - bean porridge
- 2 handfuls of beans

- 1-2 tablespoons of oil
- spiced to your taste

Dinner - Vegetable soup (preferred recipe with lean proteins and little oil)
- medium sized soup bowl

Snack allowed
- popcorn (zero butter, less sugar)

EXERCISE ROUTINES

Monday - 20 Sit-ups (3 reps)
Tuesday - 1500 skips
20minute jog,
60 jumping jacks (3 sets)
40 sec planks (3 sets)

  1. i just discovered your blog. i can't believe all what i'm seeing. More surprising is that fact that you are giving out all these details for free. I paid $450 to a crack head doctor for a diet plan that did not make any sense. How can someone that has never weighed more than 50kg all his life know anything about weight loss.
