Hi lovelies,
i'll like to say a big thank you to Nancy and Eby who sent me pics of their #FWWB on BBM. Sorry i couldnt upload them (faulty Phone). Please resend to my email address and i'll be sure to put them up.
Our #FWWB this week, will take on a new dimension, I'll publish a meal plan every 2 days. And we'll exercise just 3 days this week, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The first meal plan and routine will come up tonight. Looking forward to this week. Have fun. Ciao
