This is a quick post on my smoothie dinner. It should be more frozen than this, but I couldn't wait for it to freeze more (the rest is still in the freezer though).
I made this smoothie out of one small pineapple, an orange, a spoon of soya bean powder and little grapes, and I blended them to gether. I sprinkled some groundnuts on it when I was ready to eat it cos it was abit tooo sweet.
This quantity should make for about 4 servings.
