This picture looks really yummy and I can assure you that it tastes even better than it looks. Please keep reading to see how I made this.
THIS QUANTITY MAKES 2 SERVINGS
5 small sized carrots (make sure your carrots are the sweet juicy ones)
4 4-inch bananas
1/4 slice of small sized pineapple
1 sweet red grape
HOW TO PREPARE
Slice the carrot into smaller bits to ease blending, add very little water (don't add much, cos we don't want it watery). Blend till it's really smooth and pour into a smoothie cup and refrigerate.
Next we slice the bananas and pineapple into the blender, and squeeze the lime juice (not the pulp) into the mixture, add very little water (really little to ensure it comes out creamy). Blend till it's smooth.
To get the layers in the smoothie pic, simply pour the banana, lime and pineapple smoothie into the glass, then pour the carrot smoothie and finally pour the banana mixture on it. Top it up with one red sweet grape and that's it.
