I want to work on my arms this week, so please join me oh (I need the motivation). This is in addition to the workout routines for this week. You can break it down like me, I did 2 this morning, then I'll do 2 when I get home from work, and 1 just before I go to bed. That's how I'll do today's routine, you can take a cue from me or if you can do it at once, no problem.
