10 DAY COUNTDOWN WORKOUT CHALLENGE: DAY 2

Hi lovelies,
How has your day been so far? I just got in from work, and I decided to put up the routines for tomorrow. This would be a brief post, but I'll be sure to come back here in a few hours, I just need to settle in.  
It's a 10-day challenge, and for all those who started today, DON'T QUIT, we've got 9 days left.
