A lot of brides worry about what they'll look like on their big day. Some get so stressed out, that they begin to lose weight naturally (and look dehydrated, tired and STRESSED), while others gain weight because they turn to junk food to eat the stress away. Neither of these is healthy though, the key is having a plan (a healthy one) and sticking to it.
I promised a bridal fitness plan this month, and this is it. I decided to give a little peek at what you'll require for the first month of my 4 month programme (if you want the whole programme, it's available for sale). Bear in mind that this is the first week, and it's not so strict so that you won't be discouraged.
The cardio is there to burn the fat, while the BODYWEIGHT exercises are aimed at firming the thighs, busts, arms and shoulders (especially for those who want to wear tube gowns).
The key right now is to focus on healthy nutrition, we don't want you looking stressed out or dehydrated, but at the same time you need to get in the healthy nutrients. At this stage you need to learn to pass on the sugary desserts and make healthy choices.
