Hi lovelies,
Its already FITNESS WEEK, and I almost can't believe it. Well for those of you who have followed us through from day1 of September,  I say thank you and I hope you're having fun.

Our fitness routine for today is very simple. Its all about the jumprope. Try to do
1000 jumpropes today. You can break it down to doing 20 reps of 50 each, 10 reps of 100 each, 5 reps of 200 each and so on. Just be sure to complete 1000 before the day ends.
Its a challenge, and it's totally doable. Have fun.
