WHOLE30 DAY 5 FOOD DIARY

I slept off last night and so I couldn't post this, sorry it's coming late. I think I'm doing okay so far, except for the feeling bloated part. I hate the fact that I can't check my scale till the end of the programme. Apart from the following complaints, I'm good. Food diary and POTD feature coming up

BREAKFAST
Grilled fish and a mug of mixed fruits (apple, pear, watermelon).

LUNCH
Potato-egg and vegetable hash served in a cabbage boat

DINNER
Plantain and vegetable salad

...and my POTD feature goes to  lunch
