FEB-FITNESS IS ON!!!

Hi people,
This is day 2 of FEB FITNESS and I almost can't believe the amount of people who have joined in. Thanks for joining, the more the merrier.

Things to note:
1.    Comfy workout clothes (available for sale, limited quantities remaining)
2.    Don't forget to stretch afterwards
3.    Remember to weigh yourself before and after the program.
4.    WeightLoss is 30% workout and 70% what you eat
