In the month of August, this is what to expect....
1. I'll be putting up 2 compulsory posts every week, one on Monday to help start the week, and the other on Friday. (Others may come in between, but I should have a minimum of 8 blog posts this month).
2. We would have 2 NO-SUGAR weeks in this month, and they would be in the 2nd and 4th week (details would come up concerning this).
3. There would be fitness challenges every week, so be sure to participate.
4. There would be lots more on natural hair tips, product reviews, DIY routines and so on.
