This week is our NO-SUGAR-NO-FLOUR WEEK. The key is to eat fruits, veggies, tubers (yams and potatoes), nuts (no groundnuts though), eggs, fish, chicken etc... Whole and not processed foods. If you decide to take this challenge a step further, you can skip rice too. It doesn't have to be boring. Cook your dishes yourself to avoid unknown external ingredients.
