BUBZILLE CLASSICS' DAILY WORKOUT CHALLENGE

Hi lovelies,
I'm so sorry there was no post on Friday, I had so much work on my hands, that it took my mind from blogging. Anyway I'm here now with workout routines for the week. Be sure to get these done everyday of the week. For those with knee injuries, you can trade out the burpeez for jumping jacks if you feel pain, but still consult your doctor before performing this exercises. Till Friday, have fun and stay active.
